User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account through Google Sign-In.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

One Account Per Person: Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Payments & Refunds

Course Fees: Course prices are shown in your region’s currency and are subject to change. For 1-on-1 coaching you pay the price shown on the coaching page for your region at the time you enrol. Nothing is sold in the PTE Sprint app, and the drills are free. Paid 1-on-1 coaching, arranged directly with us, includes messaging your coach.

1-on-1 Plans: 1-on-1 coaching is sold as three plans: 7 days, 17 days and 1 month (30 days). Each plan gives one live session per day, with one coach and one student. The demo session is part of the paid plan time, not an extra session. Sessions are never recorded.

Who teaches you: Your first conversation is always with Smriti Simkhada. Your 1-on-1 sessions are taught by Smriti Simkhada or by an experienced instructor on her team, and Smriti Simkhada reviews and manages every student’s coaching.

1-Month Plan Places: The 1-month plan is limited to 10 new students per calendar month. If that month’s places are taken, later applicants join the waitlist.

No-Refund Policy: All payments are final. Once payment is completed, course fees are non-refundable. By enrolling and paying, you commit to attending your scheduled classes; fees for classes you do not attend are not refundable or convertible to cash.

1-on-1 Plan Completion Window: Your class times are fixed when your plan is scheduled, and every class must be held within a fixed period from your first class: the 7-day plan’s 7 classes within 14 days, the 17-day plan’s 17 classes within 30 days and the 1-month plan’s 30 classes within 60 days. The 2-hour crash course is a single session on the booked date. A class you miss is marked absent and counts as used; any make-up class is at our discretion and must also fall inside the same window. Classes not taken within the window are forfeited and are not refundable.

1-on-1 “Coach-Until-Target” Guarantee (17-day and 1-month plans only): The 7-day plan does not include this guarantee. This is a process guarantee, not a score guarantee — PTE is scored by Pearson on test day and we cannot promise a number. If a student on the 17-day or 1-month plan (a) attends every session, (b) submits every assigned mock and recording on schedule, (c) reaches the target agreed in writing in Session 1 on official Pearson mocks beforebooking the exam, and (d) sits the exam within 15 days of the last session — and still does not reach that target — PTE Nepal will provide free continued coaching for one further attempt cycle (a fresh score-report debrief and targeted re-drilling, no additional tuition). The Pearson exam fee is always the student’s own. The benefit is one cycle per enrollment, must be claimed within 15 days of the result, and is non-transferable. If any condition is not met, the standard discounted-retake support applies instead. Eligibility is confirmed from session-attendance and mock-submission records.

Payment Methods: We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash payment (for in-person enrollments in Bharatpur).

Using the PTE Sprint App

PTE Sprint is our Android app, published on Google Play by Lattice Nepal. It uses the same PTE Nepal account as ptenepal.com, and these Terms apply to the app as well as the website. Google Play’s own terms also apply to downloading it.

The app is free to download, and nothing is sold inside it: there are no in-app purchases and the app takes no payment. The one paid service the app shows is our 1-on-1 coaching. Every session is a live, real-time lesson between one student and one coach. Sessions are never recorded, and no replay is made available afterwards.

Prices shown in the app are for information only. Paid coaching is arranged with us directly, outside the app, on the terms in Payments & Refunds above. The Acceptable Use rules and the AI tool terms on this page apply in the app too, and Guru Aama in the app is covered by the Disclaimer section below.

Some app features, including chat with our team and push notifications, exist only in the app and are not part of this website.

Chat Conduct

The app lets signed-in students message our team. You must accept these chat rules before you send your first message, and again whenever we change them.

Who you are talking to. A teacher’s reply shows their name and role, such as “Smriti Simkhada · Teacher”. A support or admin reply shows as “Customer Support” rather than an individual’s name; PTE Nepal can always see internally which team member sent it. Nobody on our team will reply under a false name, and you must not pretend to be someone else.

Chat is not immigration advice. Our team helps with PTE preparation. Nothing said in chat is immigration, legal or financial advice. For your own visa case, speak to a registered professional: MARA (Australia), RCIC / IRCC (Canada), OISC (UK).

Objectionable content and behaviour

You must not send, and our staff must not send, any of the following:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of any person
  • Hate speech: attacks on people because of race, caste, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
  • Sexual content, or sexual advances of any kind
  • Violent or graphic content, or content encouraging self-harm
  • Spam, advertising, chain messages, or repeated messages meant to flood the chat
  • Scams, requests for money outside our published payment methods, or phishing links
  • Other people’s personal information shared without their permission
  • Pirated or leaked material, including real Pearson test content, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights
  • Requests to cheat on the PTE, such as proxy test-takers or leaked live questions
  • Pretending to be another person, a PTE Nepal staff member, or Pearson
  • Anything illegal under the law of Nepal or where you live

Limits. Chat is text only, messages have a maximum length, and there is a daily limit on how many you can send. These limits keep the inbox manageable for a small team.

Report and block. You can report any message from our team from inside the app. A person reviews every report; a message that breaks these rules is removed and shows as “Message removed”. You can also block a thread: blocking closes it and stops our team messaging you in it, and you can unblock it later. You can report any Guru Aama answer the same way.

What happens if the rules are broken. We may remove messages, and we may block an account from chat, which signs it out and closes its open threads. The same applies to staff accounts. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to account termination under Account Termination below.

Predictions in the App

Weekly prediction files shown in or linked from the app are the same files published on ptenepal.com. They are decoded question banks: the questions come from a widely-circulated weekly PTE prediction source, and PTE Nepal decodes, organises and publishes them. They are published by PTE Nepal. Smriti Simkhada does not write, select or curate them, and PTE Nepal does not claim to have written the underlying questions.

Predictions are practice material. We do not promise that any question will appear in your exam, and they are not official Pearson content.

Drills in the App

The collocation and grammar drills in the PTE Sprint app are original practice items written for PTE Nepal. They are free for every signed-in user.

Drill results are a practice self-check, not a PTE score. The drills are not official PTE content.

You can report any drill item from inside the app. We may change or remove items at any time, including after a report.

Intellectual Property

Original content on the PTE Nepal website and in the PTE Sprint app, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials and drill items, belongs to the operator, Lattice Nepal, trading as PTE Nepal. Prediction files are excluded: see Predictions in the App above. This content is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer

No Score Guarantee: While our methods have helped many students achieve high scores, we cannot guarantee specific PTE scores. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and various factors.

Third-Party Content: PTE Nepal is not affiliated with Pearson, the company that administers the PTE Academic test, nor with IELTS or its partners. Any references to these tests are for educational purposes only.

AI Assistants (Ask and Guru Aama): Our AI tools are provided free and as a convenience only. Guru Aama writes its answers, which means it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date even when it sounds confident. Answers are built from a fixed set of sources — official Pearson and IELTS pages, official government immigration pages, and our own guides — and each answer shows the passage it came from. That passage, not the answer, is what you should rely on.

No Reliance for Visa or Immigration Decisions: Nothing produced by our AI tools is immigration, legal, or financial advice, and you must not rely on it when filing an application or paying a fee. Verify every fee, score requirement, deadline and eligibility rule against the official source, and speak to a registered professional before you act — MARA (Australia), RCIC / IRCC (Canada), OISC (UK). In Australia in particular, only a MARA-registered agent or an Australian legal practitioner may lawfully give immigration assistance; our AI tools do not, and are not a substitute for one.

Acceptable Use of the AI Tools: Do not enter passport numbers, visa application details, payment details or other sensitive personal information. Do not use the tools to attempt to extract our content in bulk, to generate material for resale, or in any automated way. Usage is rate-limited and we may restrict or withdraw access at any time.

AI Availability: The AI tools depend in part on external services and are offered on an “as available” basis. They may be slow, capped, or unavailable, and we do not guarantee any level of accuracy or uptime for them. For anything that matters, message us on WhatsApp.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect accessibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTE Nepal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time.

Conduct in classes: Our teachers deserve the same respect as any student. If a student insults, harasses, threatens or abuses a teacher or anyone else on our team, behaves in a sexual or otherwise inappropriate way, records or shares a class or a teacher’s image without consent, or otherwise puts a teacher’s safety or dignity at risk, PTE Nepal may stop the class at once and end the student’s enrolment. Classes ended this way are not refunded, rescheduled or transferred, and the guarantee under Payments & Refunds no longer applies. Serious incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account deletion. Delete your account yourself on the account deletion page or from the Me tab in the PTE Sprint app. If you cannot sign in, email:

cs@ptenepal.com

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, profile, chat threads and signed-in AI conversations are deleted. Posts and answers you published stay visible to other students as “Deleted user”, and enrolment, contact and coaching records are kept with your personal details removed. Deleting your account ends any coaching you are receiving through it, but does not change what Payments & Refunds says about fees already paid. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is deleted and what is kept.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
